ADT promised initial 6 months free but they started charging me after 3 months. The camera they provided worked only for 2 weeks. Calling customer service is a terrible experience. Called many times and spent hours waiting for them to reply. Finally they promised to let their Technical team to call me for an appointment but it never happened. Calling back means waiting on the phone for long long time with no results. Terrible services with no respect for customers whatsoever.
