12/19/2016 and 12/29/2016 The furniture was delivered with an obvious beyond scratch on the chest and the sofa and loveseat had been wet and had a smell to it. the driver was talking fast and i only had to time to write 2 o the 3 items on the form. I called to the store got the run around. THey redelivered on 12/29/2016 and the loveseat has a huge stain on it and my mother had to run the driver down to talk to me about delivering again damaged furniture.. I have left messages for the general manager Sarah, they have informed me that they have sent a message to the manger above Sarah by the name of Tony and have yet to receive a call in 2 weeks. DO NOT SHOP AT BEL FURNITURE
